Provide an article analysis considering the following:

• What are the author's credentials? Does the author have an agenda? Was the material in the article systematically gathered and objectively evaluated?
• Did the author demonstrate an awareness of and build upon existing knowledge? Are the ideas still relevant and useful?
• Are there practical applications of the ideas presented? Could (or have) these concepts/ideas be incorporated at your place of employment?
• Do the ideas fit with your own experience? Are you inclined to accept the authors' conclusions? Why or why not?
• The article analysis should address the majority, if not all, of the above questions. Do not list each question and answer serially as is required in the Discussion Question Assignment. The requested information should be integrated in to the analysis. Treat this as mini-GRP assignment.
