Using Sybase Power Designer, design a Use Case Diagram for restitution items of an Inventory Control Management Information System at Ibri college of Applied Sciences according to the following rules:

1. Part items in the store can be classified into three different categories, new (not used before at all), used before and still can be reused again, and scraped.

2. An employee edits a request for restituting some/all items from his/her charge to the store showing the required items, quantities, and reasons for returning back items.

3. A committee of inventory employees will be formed for checking the status of these items and making a decision regarding accepting/refusing a restitution request.

4. In case of accepting the restitution request by the previous committee, and the returned items can be reused again, the inventory balance of reused items are increased.

5. In case of accepting the restitution request by the previous committee, but the returned items cant be reused again, the inventory balance of scraped items are increased.

6. In case of refusing the restitution request by the previous committee, the items remain in the employees office, and will not be returned back to the store, so the inventory balance will not be affected.

7. Later on, an inventory employee collects all the scraped items from the store, classify them into groups, set an estimated sale value for each group and edits a sale request.

8. After taking an approval of Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Higher Education, a committee of inventory employees will publish an advertisement about a proposed public sale auction in two different Omani newspapers inviting buyers to come and examine the proposed scraped items that will be sold in a public sale auction.

9. On the day, and time of the public sale auction, a committee of inventory employees edit a sale committee minute, record the actual sale price, and buyer names.
