Using the ASM technique, design by hand a D$-$type

implementation of a binary counter. The counter should

count up from one to three $($i$.$e$.012,102,112)$ and then

start again. The counter has one input, COUNT, which

pauses counting whenever COUNT$=0.$ You should

produce minimised equations, and you should ensure

that the system does not get stuck if it enters any

unused states. You do not need to draw the circuit.
