- a fictional situation where one of the employees of the selected business is liable for negligence, and whether the employer could be vicariously liable for it. First describe the situation in detail, then analyse properly why the employee is liable for negligence (you must imagine a situation where the employee IS negligent) and then explain if the employer can be held vicariously liable, all using relevant sources of law.
