Evaluate the judge's order, Weaver's decision, and staff's action from the perspective of Kant's ethics.

What moral principle or principles do you think should mainly have guided the respective decisions of the judge, Weaver, and emergency personnel? Were any of them acting from a "bottom up" way of applying ethics? Where any of them acting from a "top down way of applying ethics? Were any of them using the "integrated model"?

What moral issues and values does this case raise?
