Using the Gemba Walk template, record observations from a Gemba Walk. (This can be at your workplace or a business you visit if you are currently unemployed.) Attach pictures of the areas you observed. Since staff won't necessarily be completing the lower portion, identify action items you believe would be the appropriate starting point for addressing your observations.
