You may need to make some assumptions about the timing of when outcomes will occur if you use the outcomes model. If you make any assumptions, you will need to state these.

You will probably make the logic model in another software package (PowerPoint, YEd, etc.). Paste the diagram into the template. You may alter the page orientation to landscape to enable better presentation of the logic model. (Hint: use a section break so that the remainder of the document remains in portrait orientation
