Using the RACI method and an excel spreadsheet please organize the following project.

You would like to hold a conference for 100 students that have just arrived in Canada from India. The purpose is to welcome them and help them get established in their community. Three of your friends will also assist you in this project - Jashandeep, Sumandeep & Raj. You would like to meet at the Brampton Conference Centre to hold a kickoff meeting and you have already secured a room with the manager Michael Haley. You would like to begin the conference at 8am with coffee and refreshments. After the light breakfast, you will have 3 guest speakers. The first speaker is Fred Smith who is the local city councillor. The second speaker is Vladimir Fedorov who represents the Canadian Federation of Volunteer Workers. The last speaker is Chin Choi who is the president of ACME Temporary Work Agency. After this you are planning on having a light lunch. In the afternoon, you are planning on giving the students a tour of the Toronto area. At the end of the afternoon you will return back to the conference centre where you will present the students with a small gift. This is a lot of work and you want it to run smoothly and provide a rewarding experience for the new students.
