Changes Question 1 (12 pts.) The three largest national newspaper chains (Gannett/Gatehouse, Tribune/Digital Fir Lee/BH Media) own approximately one-third of all daily newspapers published in the US. Suppose we want to know whether newspapers owned by one of these chains, opposed to being locally owned, are more or less likely to cover local politics. To answer this question, we collect a sample of data from 30 papers owned by a national chain, and 60 locally-owned papers, and determine how many stories about local politics they've published in the last year. For the nationally-owned newspapers, the average number of local stories was 1,150 with a standard deviation of 100. For the locally-owned newspapers, the average number of local stories was 1,230 with a standard deviation of 250
