Develop a solution for Case 11 GE Appliances. Remember that you are taking the sales forecast of $13.3M and allocating it as a sales quota to the five territories. Present one exhibit where you discuss the data about each territory. Use the charts in the case and pull together the information that is in the narrative.(It is spread out so be sure to match the information with the correct territory.)
Present a second exhibit where you show the new allocations. Figure 6 with the flat 14% increase to each is the basis. Change the increases so that the sales quotas assigned to each territory is equitable, but all adds to the required $13.3.
