Using two D flip-flops

In this lab you will learn how to design and implement a 2-bit up/down counter. You will use a variable Xto control whether the counter counts up or down. when x-o the counter counts down, when X-1 the counter counts up. The counter is a wrap-around counter, so you can go from state '11 to state '00' if you count up and vice versa
