if the order amount is below $$3000,$ the comment is "very small"; between $$3000$ and $$3500,$ the comment is "small"; between $$3500$ and $$4000,$ it is "large"; more than $$4000,$ it is "very large"

Fill up the FedTAX$ column in dollars.

The federal tax payable is provided in the Analysis work sheet and is payable only for order amount exceeding $$3000$ OR there is amount outstanding.
