Negligence $-$ she could claim that the University failed to take reasonable

measures to maintain safe conditions at the stadium and caused her harm.

Strict liability $-$ sporting events are classified as abnormally dangerous activities

so the University would be automatically liable for any harm that occurred during

the game.

Battery $-$ she could claim that intentional touching caused her physical injury.
