Using Word, PowerPoint, or another authoring tool of your choice (e.g., bubbl.us and Plectica), map the workflow of an RTW process in an organization. You can choose to draw from a work-related experience or create your own scenario. The idea is that you will consider, in this process, a step where you can bring an employee on disability leave back to the workplace (as early as medically possible) to accommodate him/her on modified duties, modified hours, etc., and consider whether they go back to their actual job or a different one
