Summarize the process. State whether you think there is value in such an exercise and support your conclusion.

In your response posts, identify any differences you see between the process you reviewed in your initial post and the process described by your peers. Are they exactly alike and, if not, what value add do you see (or note if you dont think there is value added) in the differences.
