make a Brief Scope Statement

• make a Work Break Down Structure (WBS) for this project
  • Ensure that the first level down includes ALL full scope of the project
  • Decompose at least two level one sections down to the work package level
• explain a WBS Dictionary, using the template provided, for any one of the work packages on the WBS created.
