Using your selected project, discuss a potential timing issue that could occur early in the project and/or one that could occur at the end of a project. How would you address these issues with your project?

My project:

I work for a daycare center, that was once a daycare /christian academy for K - 12th grade students.The school recently closed down, but they decided to keep the daycare building and close the school. Two projects that my company could take on would be, expanding the daycae building over into the school and taking on more kids.The second thing would be to expand the daycare from just datcare to pre-k. Doing this would facilitate more kids, and keep both buildings functioning with fewer expenses.
