Utilizing the HCCC Library databases Westlaw, LexisNexis, Gale Virtual Library, students will research and write a "800-1000" word MLA essay on a current case involving a case of a voidable contract that contains one of the elements discussed in Chapter 9, such as Fraud, Misrepresentation, Mistake, Duress, Undue Influence, Contracts of Adhesion or an Unconscionable Contract. All sources must be cited in "MLA format".
