Various forms of legal practices and access to legal representation

With the rise of websites, such as legal zoom, which provide self help legal documents for routine legal matters, are Legal Aid services and Legal Clinics still needed? Why or why not? Some states require Pro Bono hours; should more pro bono work or low cost work be required of all attorneys and firms? Should the law allow routine legal matters to be handled by trained non-legal professionals? How might this effect the legal field?
