2004 or project end date will slip.
Feb 1- Issue is identified. Need to meet with vendor to discuss alternatives.
Feb 20- Met with vendor. Vendor thinks they may be able to get part from another warehouse.
March 10- Contacted vendor, who said all warehouses have been checked, and the equipment is not available. The vendor indicated that equipment may be available from another source (a business partner). Will get back to PM in 1
week.
March 20- Vendor did not get back as promised, and PM had to call. Vendor indicated that alternate
source did not respond. The vendor will contact the alternate source and respond in "a couple of days.
