March $10-$ Contacted vendor, who said all warehouses have been checked, and the equipment is not available. The vendor indicated that equipment may be available from another source $($a business partner$).$ Will get back to PM in $1$

week.

March $20-$ Vendor did not get back as promised, and PM had to call. Vendor indicated that alternate

source did not respond. The vendor will contact the alternate source and respond in "a couple of days.
