VH2 Promotions Inc (VPI) has for the past 25 years, held crop over fetes every weekend during the annual festival at Westwood Centre.Two years ago, several houses were built adjacent to the Centre and some of the oldest residents of these houses now complain of the noise from the parties.Among them are Xena, who claims that the noise has severe impact on her frequent migraines; Yuri, who has a personal dislike for 'young people's music'; and Zola a returning national who had spent most of her life in Sweden.Alan also complains that he is a light sleeper and the noise is unbearable.
