Vibranium Sdn Bhd manufactured various types of household goods including oven.

These goods were distributed to retailers around Shah Alam. One of the retailers was

Mr Teachala. Ms Nakiya wanted to buy an oven for her bakery and told Mr Teachala

of her intentions. Mr Teachala recommended an oven to Ms Nakiya and she bought

it. However, the oven sold to Ms Nakiya was defective. It exploded while being used

by her. As a result of the explosion, Ms Nakiya and her workers suffered severe burns.
