Question 1. Why did Mark Zuckerberg rename FaceBook as MetaVerse? Zuckerberg spent lots of money developing the VR headset. Why?

Question 2. Rape requires physical contact as per current law. So as usual, the law is behind technology. In your opinion, would you convict the people who gang-raped this 16 year old victim?

Question 3. In all E-Commerce lawsuits, a question of jurisdiction arises.

If your website is hosted in the DELAWARE, the customer is in TEXAS, and there is a legal dispute; does the law of DELAWARE apply? TEXAS? US federal law?

This jurisdictional issue is magnified when the website is in one country and the customer is in another country. This is the same problem when hackers from ELBONIA hack into US computer.The US has no legal power in ELBONIA.

This 16 year old victim was physically in the UK. One attacker may physically live in ELBONIA, another in ATLANTIS, another in POMPEII. Which country's law will apply? What do you think?
