Vishwapriya plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of processes and systems at BlewMinds. Her responsibilities, including managing full-life recruitment for client partners, conducting employee onboarding, and leading sensitivity workshops to promote diversity in the workplace, are crucial to the company's success (Agarwal & Jain, 2022). As the company expands, she has also taken on the role of a culture ambassador and human resources business partner, ensuring that BlewMinds is a place of empathy, respect, humility, and authenticity (Agarwal & Jain, 2022). After a rigorous selection process, Vishwapriya formed a team of five employees, four females and one male, with ages ranging from twenty-one to twenty-seven, eachof whom plays a vital role in the company's operations
