Vivi inspects a property that she has been renting out to John for the past 3 years. The house is surrounded by a lush garden, a swimming pool, a garden shed and a brick barbecue. John tells Vivi that he owns the swimming pool which sits on the surface of the land, the large smart TV which is screwed to the lounge room wall, the built-in monitored security system which he installed, he is also planning to dismantle the brick barbecue which has been cemented in the ground, he also wants to take the tin shed that sits on the grass and 3 of the fruit trees which he planted 3 years ago. Vivi is not impressed with the planned removal of these items but confirms that she had agreed to the installation of each and is now concerned that their removal will leave 'gaps' in some places where these items and facilities were located.
