Voice UI (where voice is used as the main form of interaction between people and devices) provides huge potential benefits, but there have been usability issues. Describe survey research you might undertake to investigate what factors contribute to these usability issues. Start your discussion at the beginning of the research process with a research questionand one hypothesis and a description of the main constructs (i.e., their definitions). Label the independent variable and the dependent variable in your hypothesis.

Then outline and explain the research design you would use to answer your research question. You need to describe your population, sample, data generation method, sampling frame, sampling technique, form of administration, type of question, analyses to be used.
