Voice-N-Speech Solutions has just allocated budget to a new a project "QuickTalk". The new software should have the capability to convert speech to text through a mobile application on SmartPhones.

This is assumed to be a huge technological innovation versus its competitors not only because of the conversion but because the application can convert both international languages and local dialects using the new breakthrough technology from GTX Global. There was a planned visit to GTX global by VNS CEO but it got rescheduled.

There are no historical data about the development time needed for this software, however, the CEO is very excited about it. There is an assumption that this application will follow the same software development cycle of the facial recognition application that VNS Solutions successfully launched in 2019.

The company VP assigned another project manager to help the original project manager with (1) accelerating the project and (2) specifically the partnerships with other software suppliers. While the software licenses needed to develop this application are available, there is excitement about possible relocation to the new Digital Park Free Zone if it opens on time by the local authorities. If VNS Solutions move its HQ, it will get a 5% tax reduction.
