Volunteers are always needed. As a leader, how would you influence others to volunteer? As a community leader, how would you respond to someone who says, "There are people for that." (e.g. Why volunteer to clean up a highway when there are tax dollars pay for highway maintenance? Why do we create food banks when our tax dollars provide for food stamps?)
