Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to access your knowledge on the characteristics of highly effective teams.

Provide a completed Team Leadership worksheet that details an experience where you were a member of either an effective or ineffective team. Discuss how each of the 10 characteristics of effective teams existed or did not exist within this team to include how the team leader(s) influenced the presence or absence of each of these 10 characteristics. Please keep the names of previous supervisors and co-workers confidential.
