Wai, a pedestrian, was struck on the head while walking his dog when a parcel fell from a truck operated by TMT. He suffered concussion and a broken leg and was unable to work in his usual occupation for 6 weeks. It appears that the truck driver failed to fully close the truck doors after his last stop. The truck was not fitted with a sensor to notify the driver if a door is left open.Wai is demanding compensation from TMT
