Financial Statement Analysis Project In this group project, your group will review the financial statements of one company that will be selected from a list of companies that will provide to your group (see the last page). No two groups in the class may have the same company. After getting your assignment, your group will prepare an analysis of the company in memo form. In your memo, you will answer the following questions regarding the company:

Review the companys long-term liabilities. Does the company have any long-term notes or bonds that are the responsibility of the company (these liabilities are specifically NOTES and BONDS)? In reviewing the notes (if described by the company), what is(are) the nature of these notes, and does your team believe, in the long-term, the company can extinguish these debts (or be able to refinance) and why?

(Shareholder equity part of the memo) The memo contains a clear understanding of the companys Shareholder Equity. The opinion of the Shareholder Equity is sound and appropriate.
