On 29 January 2020 Wani made an order of 200 units of tote bags and 300 units of luggage with Syarikat Bag-bag Sdn Bhd The total amount of the contract is RM18,500 and he paid RM2,000 as deposit. In their contract, they agreed that the balance sum must be made by Wani two days before the date of delivery of the bags which is on 28 February 2020. However due to Covid 19 pandemic, Teddy Shop is suffering loss and Wani has no enough money to make payment on the agreed date.
