War and conflict is not new to mankind. Throughout the ages, humans have battled each other, and adopted new means to harm each other century after century. Evolutionary methods are continuously adopted as mankind figures out how to create and utilize tactics against one another that can result in extreme catastrophic outcomes. In today's error, mankind has resorted to the creation of weapons of mass destruction that utilizes CBRNE agents to create significant harm. CBRNE consists of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive agents. According to Johnson (2015), during the past three decades the use of CBRNE as weapons of mass destruction has increased at an alarming rate (Johnson, 2015). The choice of the terrorist or terrorist group to attack and deliver the greatest amount of harm has created a need for weapons of choice to be from the CBRNE agent category.

The CBRNE agent category consists of chemical weapons, mostly used by the military. To create a chemical weapon one must use various unique ingredients that require its creation to be in a controlled setting. Although the process of manufacturing chemical weapons requires accessibility to a controlled environment, many countries do have the ability to manufacture chemical weapons. An example of a chemical weapon would be hydrogen cyanide. A biological weapon consists of the use of viruses, fungi, bacteria, and causes disease directly to living organisms. Humans, animals and food are affected by a biological attack. The delivery method can be a missile, bomb or sprayer. Radiological weapons, also known as a dirty bomb, deliver radiation to the intended target. Unlike a nuclear weapon, a radiological weapon will affect a concentrated area and have radioactive effects to the body of those in the immediate area. In some cases crop sprayers are used to deliver this weapon. Nuclear weapons deployment is created when plutonium and enriched uranium react to each other and create a nuclear fission and fusion. A shockwave is created followed by thermal radiation and ionizing radiation leaving the fallout of residual radiation. A nuclear bomb must be engineered in the materials to engineer it's not easily accessible. The weapons are deployed through a short range ballistic missile. Explosive weapons are created with the use of fuel and the combination of heat pressure and expansion creates their discharge. An example of an explosive is an IED, and most explosives carry the ability to deploy shrapnel or other deadly devices, placed nearby the assignment, such as nails or ball bearings (Johnson, 2015).

WMD  and the Overall Risk Analysis and Protection Process?

When assessing risk pertaining to the use of weapons of destruction fortunately, there are some barriers that exist, which weekends the level of threat as being a high probability of occurrence. Are reading indicated that an individual must have the technical skill set in the financial backing to create such weaponry. Therefore, so the individual must have the environment to conduct the testing needed to ensure that when the deployment of the weapons occurs it will be successful (Bennett,2018). Results of this assessment gives conclusion during the risk analysis that it's a possibility that the risk is lessened when it comes to the utilization of WMD as a high priority choice.

How Does WMD (CBRNE) complicate things if it does?

It is easy to consider WMD, CBRNE as a threat, because of the magnitude of harm that the utilization of this type of weapon could bring. But it's also easy to believe that it could be relatively impossible for the occurrence to be considered a normal form of attack. For those reasons, this source of attack may be underestimated and there may be minimum preparations for events of this nature, especially in private sectors. This level of complacency could complicate things on a security level, because this form of attack could be the least expected but all CBRNE options should be considered to be threatening. If I had to pick a specific option, I guess I would be neutral on which CBRNE could be categorized as being the most dangerous. All threats are concerning and should be treated as if they have the potential to cause grave harm. For obvious reasons, nuclear and biological weapons of mass destruction would probably be considered to be the most dangerous of all. According to Tamsett (2009), The  U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE OFFICE OF JUSTICE PROGRAMS, advises " Many experts now argue that a biological terrorist attack (bioterrorism) could supersede nuclear terrorism as the primary threat of the 21st century. In assessing the possibility of a bioterrorist attack, two conditions must exist, the intent to use and the capability to acquire and use such a weapon" (Tamsett, 2009).

Christian Worldview

Although there has been mass casualties experienced during different eras of the world there seems to be no lesson learned from the tragedies. Centuries of warfare has yet to teach humans that there are no gains in war, only losses. The Bible says, ""Put your sword back in its place," Jesus said to him, "for all who draw the sword will die by the sword" (Holy Bible, New International Version, 2011, Matthew 26:52). In the biblical lesson, Jesus advises all to halt from sin but man has yet to receive the word and there is continued mass destruction from CBRNE activity that continues to cripple the world
