Warning in Xcode (program which allows developers to create applications for the Mac)

When I put in any code into Xcode and click on the run and build button I get a message saying: Developer Tools Access needs to take control of another process for debugging to continue. Type the name and password of a user in the "Developer Tools" group to allow this. What does this mean and what do I do about it.
