Warwick Capper, a former Australian Rules Football player, is the Australian media personality I have chosen. Warwick Capper is a textbook example of the Extroversion Nature Trait on the Big 5 Scale because of his extraordinarily extroverted personality. I consider myself to be an extroverted person since I enjoy conversing, interacting, and working with others. According to Farrell (2017), extroverts tend to engage with others as leaders and spend more time collaborating with coworkers and stakeholders to improve the organisation (Farrell, 2017) This displays my leadership qualities in the many roles I've played.The various five personality qualities are interconnected and have a significant impact on a wide range of management approaches. Using the specified example and personality type, extroversion and dominant behaviour at work have a favourable link (Antonioni, 1998). When working with Warwick Capper, I would, as previously indicated, allow him "dominate" and take a backseat in terms of behaviour. Personally, I believe that one of the most underappreciated qualities among employees in a company is selflessness. Being selfless and contributing to a team is essential for an organisation to succeed, thus I would act in this way when working with Warwick.
