Now consider how you want to work with your colleagues as a team, not a group. What are some elements that you want to include in your charter? i.e. consider: What are your team's goals? Who should be the team leader? How will you work together (Google docs, email sections/slides to each other)? When will you meet?

Draft at least five guidelines that you would like to suggest for the Team Charter. We will build the Charter and include it in a contract to be signed in class Week 9.
