List at least one (1) challenge in an educational environment that others avoid largely due to fear of failure or fear that "nothing will change- it's always been that way". In a few sentences, describe it;

Next, discuss what is causing the challenge in that environment (be specific and avoid general statements);

Lastly, discuss what it would take (creative solution) to alter the challenge. What original idea that has value (Ken Robinson's definition of creativity) can be apply to make change. If people weren't afraid of failing how might it proceed.
