o Organizational Procedures that Drive Accountability for the Policies- Discuss what procedures will ensure that the organization follows the organizational ethical practice statements and policies. Detail the accountability measures that will be in place to ensure compliance.

o Organizational Ethical Decision-Making Framework- Choose an ethical decision-making framework for the business and describe why this framework will work best for this business.
