P= (p*g*h)k

P is the pressure at the base of the tower (lb/in^2) p is the water density (1.94 slug/ft^3) g is the acceleration caused by gravity (32.2 ft/sec^2) h is the water height in the tank (ft) k is the conversion factor (1 ft^2/144in^2)

Using this formula, modify Program 7.13 to plot the water pressure in a pipe at the base of the water tower for water heights of 100 to 200 ft in increments of 5 feet. The pressure should be displayed in unites of lbs/in^2 (psi). Generally, municipal water pressures average from 60 to 80 psi.

I am not sure how to code this problem correctly, I am able to get the graph working but it goes straight down.
