ways I will accomplish this for my classroom. One way I will instill structure in my classroom is to develop an agenda for each class day. This agenda will be followed each day, this way the students will get used to having a schedule and know what we will be doing throughout the day. Students like to have structure and they thrive in the classroom when they know what they are doing and when to be doing it. Another way I can instill structure in my classroom is by developing lesson plans. By developing lesson plans, I will be able to keep track of my day, while lmowing what to get accomplished by the end of the day. Also. having lesson plans with a lot of details provides structure for when I am unable to be in the classroom. The details in the lesson plan should follow the schedule for the day as well as having enough details that a substitute should be able to know how to run your classroom and what is needing to get accomplished. Another way to add structure to a classroom is to remind the students of the rules and follow through with the consequences. The students need to know that my classroom with always follow through with consequences when rules are broken
