The distance between the plants and the distribution centers is Kanata – Trento: 600 km; Kanata-Bari: 300 km; Brenton-Trento: 400 km; Brenton-Bari 400 km; Laval – Trento: 800 km; Laval – Bari: 150 km. 3. Formulate the WMB submission problem in such a way that someone who has never taken SCOM 361 or a similar course can easily solve it with pen and paper. Explain how a solution can be obtained without using a computer or calculator.
