Project Title: Commercial Renovation Project Project Manager: Vix Cortez Project Client: Ivana Alawi Project Budget: $200,000 Project Start Date: September 1 Projected Finish Date: September 30 2 PROJECT PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The objective of this project is to renovate the kitchen on Ms. Ivana Alawi's restaurant in a month timeframe within pre-determined budget of $200,000. 3 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Ms. Alawi contacted us since her kitchen in her restaurant needs to be restored due to pipes leaking, peeling wall paint, and graying kitchen cabinets. The primary goal is to renovate the kitchen in a month. 4 PROJECT SCOPE AND OUT OF SCOPE Install new commercial grade cabinets and sinks, remove the stoves, fridges, and dishwashers, purchase and install new appliances, and install new plumbing. Paint the wall and add a design 5 PROJECT DELIVERABLES 5.1 OBJECTIVE The objectives of the commercial renovation project are as follows: New cabinet, sinks, stoves, fridge, dishwasher installation. Check all the pipes that are leaking. Re-painting the wall. 6 CONSTRAINTS, ASSUMPTION AND RISKS 6.1 CONSTRAINTS This section lists any restrictions that need to be thought about before the project starts. .
