WBS+Gantt Chart

The IT Department of Sheridan College is asked by Sheridan's senior administration to develop a system that will automate tracking of student progress and improve their academic results. This is because every semester, many students either experience a crisis that impacts their ability to complete coursework or slip up in their academic duties and then email their professor asking for "another chance" at the end of the semester.

The solution needs to automatically send emails to the student and their professor, cc-ing their Student Advisor, in each course where the student has skipped 2 assessments in a row, or 3 assessments in total at any point of the semester, asking them how they are doing and recommending that they meet with their professor. The solution needs to integrate with Slate, Access Sheridan, and Outlook.

The administration expects this project to take 4-5 months, with a budget of $120,000-$150,000. 4-5 resources are expected to be working on the project full time or part time.

Using MS Project, develop a WBS for the above project. Please use process groups to build your WBS, and include 5 milestones. Then add task durations, start/end dates, resources, hours worked and hourly costs (make assumptions). This will give you a Gantt Chart.
