We all know that the pandemic has had a huge impact on the economy of the world. And while most companies like UPS have been able to provide services to their customers, as usual, the situation is different for the company. UPS has a large number of workers and a lot of products. The company had to face problems with the delivery of products, but also with the safety of workers. Employees were not allowed to go to work if they have a fever. The company had to struggle to find new ways to deliver the products and also to ensure the safety of its workers. The first problem was that they could not find a way to ensure that the products would reach their customers. The second problem was that the products they were sending were not being dispatched safely. The third problem was that they faced a huge problem with the safety of their employees. The fourth problem was that they could not find a way to keep the workers safe and the last problem was that they struggled to find a way to ensure the safety of their workers. During the pandemic, UPS faced an emergency situation where they had to change their payment system. This required them to change the system so that the company can move away from cash to digital payment as customers were unable to pay in cash. UPS has had to increase its delivery capacity from 15,000 to nearly 40,000 packages per day and has seen a spike in the number of packages delivered. UPS suffered a significant setback after a pandemic struck the country, forcing the company to cut its workforce to just over 1,000 employees from around 14,000. The company is now trying to boost its workforce back up to pre-pandemic levels, but many of those employees have been unwilling to return to work because of the pandemic.

Provide an in-depth analysis of these risks and include a ranking of the risks with justification.
