We are conducting a research regarding the effect of flexible work arrangements, distraction and isolation on employee productivity of accountants in a certain area, is there a need to use archival data to correlate the isolation, distraction and fwa on productivity? or is conducting a survey already enough? if so, how can we correlate the variables involved?
