We are doing assignment of the Raja Foods Malborough, Calgary, Alberta (Canada). In this assignment we have to provide detailed assignment of the business model canvas, two examples of the past decisions, their current business decision under consideration and performance evaluation.

Business model. The business model canvas was accurately used to provide a well-constructed and descriptive description of the business. It is crystal clear what value the business provides, how it provides the value and to which customer segment.

Two Examples of Past Decisions. Included two specific examples of situations where the business owner had to make a choice between multiple viable options to make a business decision. Each example clearly described the key factors (internal and/or external) that influenced the decision. The outcome of each decision was identified. Both the factors and the decisions are clearly understood after watching the video once.

Current business decision under consideration. Describes a key decision that the business owner is currently facing. Identifies at least two options that the owner could pursue. After watching the video once, it is obvious what the decision and options are.

Performance evaluation. Describes at least two specific metrics that the business owner uses to measure success and an example of how that information is collected, tracked, and communicated.
