For example, in lecture slides, we studied the price of housing depends on area (sq. ft).Similarly, the price of housing may depend on the age of the house, lot size, etc. Collect 16 pair of data points (that is, the sample size is 16) for x and y (one independent and one dependent variable) from realtor-related websites such as Zillow.com. For that data set, please draw a scatterplot and find the correlation coefficient between the variables using JMP or Excel. Please complete the following:

(i) Interpret the scatterplot and the correlation coefficient as I did in the lecture slides. Please interpret in the context of the problem.

(ii) Fit a simple linear regression to the data and interpret the intercept and the slope in the context of the problem.

(iii) What is your coefficient of determination? Interpret in in the context of the problem.
