We have around 35 staff covering up to 20 schools. We require a simpler way of laying out the sessions at the venues.

We require a better way of ensuring the staff are working the correct number of hours and not working more than their contacted hours. A live rota than can be viewed by all staff that reflects changes that are made but permissions are in place to ensure only management can make changes. Also, if possible, a way of syncing all the documents together. Finally, if this can show costs to us. Many staff will invoice us for the hours worked so an easy way to check their invoice sent in would be great.

Headaches At each venue we require a lead staff member and an assistant coach. At some venues we have a second assistant. These could be on different rates of pay. Not all staff members drive so the locality of their school they are working at is important. We like to have consistent staff members at each venue to gain a rapport with the children.

What could be the proposed solution in creating this rostering system?
