We have focused on defining leadership and effectiveness in the first half of this course, and the research has predominantly addressed traditional (secular) organizations. This has not incorporated a Christian worldview into published I-O leadership literature. Which two leadership theories have the most promise for connecting with a Christian worldview? Make sure you incorporate the specific components of each theory as you clarify the contributions these theories offer, particularly for Christian organizations (e.g. churches).
