We have talked about many different leadership traits/skills needed to be an effective leader. 1) Why do you think Colin Powell (first video- man standing at a podium) identified trust as one of the most important things leaders need to work on with their teams? 2) Identify and provide rationale for two other traits you feel are extremely important for effective leadership. (May need to review last week's PPT as well as this week's PPT). 3) In terms of self-leadership- identify two key thoughts from the "Leading with Lollipops" video you discussed with your group
